Making a purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our club shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Go To Checkout', 'Checkout Securely, where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Credit card payments can be made via the telephone to the office or over the Internet via the secure payment gateway. We will accept payment by cheque, drawn on a UK bank account only - please make payable to "TR Register".
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order by sending an email confirmation and hence a contract between us. In order to receive confirmation, please ensure that an email address has been provided. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Office working hours; Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4.30pm. Orders will be processed Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm.
There are certain times when the office is unmanned.
Shipping & Handling: PLEASE NOTE - DELIVERY CHARGES.
Some items carry individual postage costs (unless otherwise stated), the cost of which will be added when you add items to your shopping basket. The postage costs will be reviewed from time to time and may be adjust accordingly and without prior warning.
Delivery Schedule: We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. All clothing items, hats, caps, bags within 7 working days and car mats 21 working days from order . International orders are generally received within 21 working days.
International Weekend Events. Upon order completion you will receive a confirmation email. Tickets will be sent approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

28 Days from date of receipt of order, item must be returned for refund or replacement.
Your rights to return goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive states:
Your right to cancel an order for goods made at a distance starts when you receive the goods and lasts for 14 days
Your right to cancel a service made at a distance starts the moment you enter into the contract and lasts 14 days
Embroidered or Printed Garments: If there is a manufacturing fault with the garment then we will happily exchange the item for you. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item to us by a recorded delivery method. If the item is returned via a non- delivery method and we do not receive the item, we are not liable for exchange or refund. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been effected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods. Exchange or refund cannot be given on garments ordered incorrectly.
