Delivery Schedule: We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. All clothing items, hats, caps, bags within 7 working days and car mats 21 working days from order. International orders are generally received within 21 working days.
International Weekend Events. Upon order completion, you will receive a confirmation email. Tickets will be sent approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
Office working hours; Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4.30pm. Orders will be processed Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm.
There are certain times when the office is unmanned.
28 Days from date of receipt of order, item must be returned for refund or replacement.
Your rights to return goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive states:
Your right to cancel an order for goods made at a distance starts when you receive the goods and lasts for 14 days
Your right to cancel a service made at a distance starts the moment you enter into the contract and lasts 14 days
Embroidered or Printed Garments: If there is a manufacturing fault with the garment then we will happily exchange the item for you. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item to us by a recorded delivery method. If the item is returned via a non-trackable delivery method and we do not receive the item, we are not liable for exchange or refund. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been effected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods. Exchange or refund cannot be given on garments ordered incorrectly.
