Classic Le Mans: BOOKING NOTES/TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1. Camping pitches are numbered, allocated to individuals, and 7x5 metres approx size. We will attempt to group TR Register members’ pitches together wherever possible but this cannot be guaranteed. Please indicate on your booking form which local group you would like to camp with and we will make every effort to accommodate this. Camping is permitted on 5th / 6th / 7th / 8th July.
2. A camping ticket admits one car to campsite and circuit so you will not need to book additional parking. Camping tickets are only available to those booking entry tickets, we cannot offer camping as a separate item.
3. If you are staying ‘off site’ and wish to bring your vehicle to the circuit you will need to book a car parking ticket.
4. Payment is due at the time of booking. In the event that you need to cancel, refunds will only be given where we are able to re-sell the tickets. If you do need to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the French organisers, the TR Register will refund all money recovered from the organisers.
5. Track laps are being arranged through the TSSC and are only available for classic cars. These are strictly non-refundable and may also be cancelled (without refund) by the race organisers at short notice. In order to participate in track laps drivers will need to make their own way to the Tetre Rouge campsite at a specific time which will be announced when known.
6. Tickets will not be released until shortly before the event and will be sent to the postal address given when booking, tickets will need to be signed for on delivery.
Spa Classic: Spa Classic is open to the public on Friday 25th, Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th May. All tickets allow general admittance and access to the paddocks. The weekend tickets are 3-day tickets and include Friday.
Access to the Grandstands in included in the price of entry and are siruated inside the circuit.
Children under the age of 12 have free admission to the event, however they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have booked camping, this admits one car to the campsite; you will also need to purchase entry tickets. If you are not camping then you will also need to purchase a carparking ticket also.
Every single car occupant shall present a valid admittance ticket.
Payment is due at time of booking. In the event that you should need to cancel, refunds will only be given at the discretion of TR Register Management. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to sell your ticket on. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the event orgaisers, the TR Register will refund all monies that are recovered from the orgaisers.
All tickets will be sent out via Royal Mail Standard postage £1.00: Tickets will be sent recorded delivery but are only insured up to a value of £46. TR Register will only be liable for tickets ‘lost in the post’ up to that value If the value of your tickets far exceeds £46 you should consider paying for special delivery which will be insured for a value of £500. All tickets must be signed for on receipt.
Special Delivery £5.00: Tickets will be signed for and insured up to the value of £500.
All bookings need to be made by 11th March 2012. We are not able to take further bookings or amend bookings after this date.
Making a purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet via the secure payment gateway. We will accept payment by cheque, drawn on a UK bank account only - please make payable to "TR Register".
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping & Handling: PLEASE NOTE - DELIVERY CHARGES.
There are no delivery charges for membership but for all other goods if the order value is below £10 p+p is free, if order value is over £10 p+p is £4.50, if order value is over £50.00 p+p is £7.50.
All charges are subject to VAT
Goods are normally shipped by post - if special urgency or other conditions are requested will advise you of the cost of delivery before proceeding.
Delivery Schedule: We aim to deliver your order right away. Most of our items are ex-stock and will usually be delivered within 5 working days. Goods requiring us to special order eg: all clothing items, hats, caps, bags etc may take longer and we can normally send your order to you within 21 business days . International orders are generally received in under 21 days.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.

Privacy Policy: TR Register do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
